Sacks this week for Ware

How many sacks do you guys think Ware gets this week? Leftwich is a statue back there and I am guessing 2-2.5 sacks for Ware. Leftwich has averaged 1 sack per 16.9 which isn't bad, but I think Ware cuts loose this Sunday.

Whether is it 15 sacks or 20 if Ware is putting pressure on the QB and making big plays that is all that matters to me.

True, but I hope if he doesn't he opens it up for the other guys. I want our defense to make a statement and get off on a positive note to start the season. We don't need the distraction of people questioning them right off the bat.

I don't recall Ware having a sack in the preseason.. I'm kind of hoping he was saving all his good moves for the real season and not putting any of them on tape.. but that is probably wishful thinking

The NFL implemented the new "Ware sack limit" rule. Any number 94 used by a Cowboys player may not intentionally or in-intentionally break Strahan's record. 15 yard penalties and an automatic 1st down for the offense will be awarded on any sack he makes after number 20.
