Just look at all the safeties in the playoffs currently that at one point we had chances at.
-Jimmie Ward
-Kenny Vaccaro
-Juan Thornhill
-Tyrann Matthieu
-Earl Thomas (pricey)
-Darnell Savage (went a bit early)
-Adrian Amos
-Justin Reid
-Harrison Smith

How do you expect us to do anything against real teams with Heath starting back there, he is not better than anyone on this list. Either of the top safeties within our reach this year will be immediate huge upgrade to position.

Would love a ballhawk! Make it happen new coaching staff.

Happy Kenny vaccaro is finally doing well! Wanted him in the draft and after he left New Orleans

Personnel is way less an issue than scheme, discipline, and coaching...

Should have signed Eric Weddle when he left the Chargers.

I'll never understand how the Cowboys didn't pursue him.

Having him the last 4 years would have made a big impact.

They like to fill a specific need years way too late then will overcompensate on that need neglecting another. Remember how they drafted a tight end every freaking year it seemed while other parts were falling apart? It’s what they do.

Both of the ones we were rumored to be considering made first team All-Pro.

I still would've done the Jamal Adams deal... 2 first round picks for a young all-pro

Had another chance when he left the ravens and went to the rams. Smh

Don't care, got Trysten.

I agree safety is an issue but Heath isn’t responsible for the defenses ineptitude.
Mr Jaylon and Tanked are prime examples...

Show me one player that played harder than Heath all year. (Lee excepted)
If any of these clowns on defense played with half his intensity we would still be playing.
But our “stars” on defense would rather showboat and well you all know the rest.

How do you know heath works harder? Are you there at the facility? Seems like you are making assumptions based on one thing.

Eric Weddle is done. There is a reason the Ravens let him go and signed Earl Thomas. Earl is the guy we should have signed. We had the money and he wanted to be here.

I think he meant we should have signed Weddle then. Not now lol :)

Listen to people on here and how they talk about Heath.

"OMGggzzz he plays so hard and with heart. I am so glad he is on our team"

Heath is garbage and a special teams player that we decided to stick at safety. He is not good at all.
