***Safety Taylor dead at 24***

That is so sad, he was just a young man. My oldest son is also 24 I just don't know how I would handle it if something happen to him.
So sad

RIP and condolences to his family. He played on an enemy team. He wasn't THE enemy. As a person, my heart goes out for him. Go with God!

What awful news. May God bring some comfort to his friends and family.

R.I.P. Sean

RIP Sean....

Been a ST fan since he was at Miami. And more natural talent and ability than any safety I have ever seen. Truly tragic and devestating.

Wow, all of Cowboys nation sheds a tear for Taylor. I know this Cowboy has.

I can not imagine what it must feel like to be a Commander fan today.

I've can't remember anything like this happening. I'm a Maryland Alumni, and was still really young when Bias died. But that was different.

I mean, what can I do? Take my Taylor jersey to work and hang it outside my office?

I know its just a game. But, how do players put it all together and play in 6 days?

So young, so much talent, a sad day in the NFL, and for all his family and friends.
I hope they honor him in some way before the Cowboys/Packer game.

I feel terrible enough as it is. Seeing someone with so much potential just lose it all is just awful. I've closed out of a few other threads just before posting because it just seems pointless to talk about that other stuff right now.

Just reminds ya that nothings guaranteed. Tell em ya love em while ya can because you just never know.

Take your heart and stomach, rip them from your torso, then shove them in a blender. Thats about how it feels right now.

I can't believe this. I don't even know what to say. All the best to his family and the Commanders organization.

Jeez. :(

My condolences go out to his family. It's sad to see such unnecessary loss of life particularly of someone so young.

I never, or didnt want to believe this was as serious as it turned out to be. I am shocked and speechless.

The pro sports leagues frown upon guys carrying guns, or having guns at their homes, but this is one of the reasons why athletes have them. They are targets and it is well known how much money and valuables they keep. Can athletes hire round the clock security?

It is known that Tank Johnson doesnt have any guns now. I am worried about him. Someone idiot may think he is an easy target.

Awful news. My sincere condolences go out to the Taylor family and the Commanders community.

:(

Tragic news. My family's prayers will be with Sean and his family today.
