Salvation Army Kettle

I had to reread my post to see where I was disputing the win. I will keeping looking.
You didn't have to re-read your post. I made sure to point out to you the only that matters. That's the point you didn't mention that we won which is a problem with your post.I also don't recall the Skins scoring solely because of that penalty. They could have scored without it so you *****ing about it doesn't matter.

If they were warned, that's different, but the celebration rule does not have anything in it that would penalize a player for doing what Elliott did, and there have been plenty of celebrations that have been overlooked that actually violate the rule (such as celebrating on the Cowboys' midfield star).

They indeed were warned. I remember reading it. Sooo incredibly stupid. And I think that's why Zeke made a donation vs another kettle leap the first TD.

It is what it is... after Buck cried "prop" and asked for stupid Pereira's opinion I knew it would be a contentious night from that miserable...

My bad, I will go back and find where I said the win doesn’t matter
Not very bright are you. I made sure to point it out for YOU. What part of that do you not understand and that penalty didn't cost us a TD.

I think I heard they were specifically warned not to use the kettle as a celebration prop. It pizzed me off soooooo bad because when I saw this idiotic move I knew a flag was coming.

It costs the team for being so stupid. Yeah we won. What if we hadn't recovered the onside kick??? 8 point differential and I think Zeke made the game closer than it needed to be. Selfish idiocy! Win the game, act like you expect to be in the endzone ... regularly! Clowns !

I usually don't get so worked up but this was so unnecessary.

If this is true it's, probably why they did it. One big middle finger to the league and the Commanders.

If the Cowboys were down two scores I'd agree with you. But the game was all but over and right now they're winning and having fun.

Zeke donating money and then Dak? That's just funny.

Gotta love Zeke! Puts $21 in the kettle on his TD and then puts Dak in. Cost us 15 yards, but I thought it was a cool way to bring awareness.
It was extremely stupid. The money was cool ok, but they could have called that as a prop penalty like they did when Zeke put Dak into the kettle. That one would be ok if there were under a minute maybe, but there was like 14 minutes left in the game and it cost us a touchdown. Stupid.

Damn straight.

Considering Zeke was fined for this last year everyone knows it will draw a penalty and probably a fine. Since we were pulling away with the lead this is not an issue. It's only 15 yard penalty and the defense should have played better to prevent s Colt TD.

Cost 15 yards. The long return cost us the TD.

Do you think the Skins would have returned the kick 44 yards if we did not kick off from the 20 yard line. I would suggest the answer is no, the kick would have gone out of the endzone.

And if the NFL fines Zeke and/or Dak, they (the NFL) ought to donate the fine amount to the Salvation Army... Talk about a stand up thing that would be...
