I guess the prosecutors were looking for 30+.

Hurd never touched the drugs he was "proven" to intend to distribute. Think about that. All the cocaine that was to supplied that is in question was supplied by Govt authorities who were working with another "established" illegal enterprise. That is a lot of $ allocated for for a "potential" drug cartel that was envisioned by a football player to "clamp down" on. Hurd's stupidity is fun to laugh at it but who is the fool in this arrangement? (us as taxpayers)
