Sam Williams out vs. Eagles

So this will be at least two games he’s missed this season. After showing real promise he’s disappeared the last couple of weeks. The only time his name was called last week was after committing a penalty.
Not really
Showing up and showing up stat sheet is two different things. He’s been playing really well all year

This is what I love about the Dallas Cowboys. Players go from being ready to play to being ruled out in an instant! If he had a neck injury and a concussion, wouldn't they have found that out yesterday when he was in the hospital? What does it take to figure out his was concussed, a flashlight?

If he gets a DUI out of this in the next few days than I guess we understand.
Man said himself he was good to go...

How about the play where he pressured Lawrence out of the pocket and he eventually fumbled and turned the ball over? That play should have won the game.

Gehlken says he has a concussion and a neck strain.

He probably doesn't but in this world of no masculinity allowed he's like totally injured and in need of safety.
What's masculine about creating an internet character?

Same here CWR. We'll probably go 1 and done in the playoffs anyway, but with Hurts out we very well BETTER beat Philly!

I think we win in round one. Tampa is concerning because Brady doesn't lose to Dallas. If it's Carolina it's a slam dunk. I think Brady falls too though.

Round 2 is the round I'm worried about. It's all about getting this defense back together. I'm still hoping Bland goes outside and KJ to the slot. Then we get back LVE and Hankins. Hopefully, Parsons is rested up and ready to roll.

I wonder if they said he had a concussion but he said he was fine anyway?

He's only flashed. He's still far from being a good player.

do you expect every player to excel every game?

No, but he appeared to be on the brink of really taking off. He was beginning to look like a real beast, but has disappeared the last few games. Same thing with Parsons, he hasn’t made much of an impact lately. It’s all part of why our defense has fallen off.

He’s had three sacks this season, including two against Detroit. He also had a forced fumble against the Lions and recovered the fumble. He was outstanding in that game. He’s made several tackles, including at least one for a loss. I think he’s flashed enough to be a good player but he’s far from a great player. He’s still a work in progress but you can see the potential.
