Same conservative Offense today

We should see just the opposite today. I think you will see aggressive play calling right out of the gate to try to get ahead early.

If the Cowboys lose today, at home, on national TV, the floodgates of hate will be opened wide and it will flow like a mighty river. It will make what we have right now look like a lazy mountain stream. Especially if they lose on ST, turnovers, and penalties.

The expectations of the average peep this year was sky high. Most people on these boards felt a little differently because most are not peeps. But the way people at my work talk they are very, very upset. More So than I've seen in a long, long time.

We need to win today. Otherwise it will be bad. Verry, very bad.

I think the Cowboys feel at least some of that. So we'll see.

I would not feel sorry for him if I were you. He gets paid millions each and every year and not know the nuances of the game of football.

When was the last time you heard him talk about certain plays in detail like Bellicheck or even Urban Meyers?

Garrett is nothing more than a glorified cheerleader. There is a reason why the media is hard on him because he really isn't a good coach.

If you listened to multiple interviews with Kellen Moore, Garrett and Belichick and then rated the interviews on the amount of football knowledge conveyed, it would look similar to the following:

If the rumors that the Giant would hire Garrett, I'm sure that is his dream job.

He could go back up where he came from. He loves everything about the New York & New Jersey area including his story of attending dozens of Springsteen concerts, his Alma Mater Princeton being in New Jersey, his time spent with the Giants as a player and obviously his time as a child growing up in New Jersey.

If not the Giants coaching job, he seems like he would be happiest coaching somewhere up in that area. If the Princeton Head Coach job were available, he would be the perfect fit there and the could likely stay there until he is ready to retire. He could likely be both the football Head Coach and the Athletic Director. He would likely relate to Princeton players better than he relates to many NFL players.

I never thought of Garrett and a princeton gig.

I believe that would be a genius idea for the two.

I do dont know how you got that I felt sorry for him. I enjoy the fact that he get pounded by cowboys nation.

I'm just saying one would have thought that would have been enough for him to step down.

First and goal at the 9 and they run four pass plays. No points.

How much are they paying a RB, again?

Zeke had 5 carries on the opening drive. The Cowboys scored a TD.

He's had 7 more since then. There are 5 minutes left in the 4th quarter and Dallas is stuck on 7 points.

It's clear this offense misses Beasely. Cobb is great and he offers something Beasely does not, but it's the underneath chain mover we are missing the most. That is what Beasely provided and was his strength and exactly why Buffalo pursued him for Allen.

Both Cooper and Gallop stretch the defense themselves.

Oh well, lesson's learned
