Sandusky Defense Theory

Wow.

Does it it matter at this point?

I mean, if he's admitting showering with them the perception alone should be enough to send him away.

This guy's toast. I can't believe he's not pleading guilty.

Oh and this defense after a month ago he said on national television that he was horsing around.

Let me second that

It seems like Sandusky and his defense team are just trolling everyone right now. They know he's got no chance, they're just trying to make it as ridiculous as possible

Maybe they're sandbagging right now before they bust out the Wookie defensive strategy.

This is got to be the worst defense of all time. :laugh2:

I hope Sandusky never sees daylight again. What he did to those children is just awful. He's ruined their lives and I'm glad they all stepped up and told their stories. Now after this pathetic defense fails Sandusky will be put away and children everywhere can sleep comfortably at night knowing that one of the world's most disgusting people is behind bars.

makes sense coming from someone that thought OSU was innocent.

Anyone with the intelligence of a Gnat, knew I was joking.

And since you brought it up...show me one post...just one...where I ever said Ohio St was innocent.

Better yet...don't waste whatever minuscule brainpower you have left...cause you're not going to find one.

Now do I think that Ohio St should be catching all of the crap that they are for players selling their own stuff...NO WAY!

Tressel who lied about it lost his job and all of the players either lost a big portion of their Senior season or left entirely...a whole season was vacated and scholarships lost and this season was ruined...that is MORE than enough in my book.

But in the end with Meyer coming in...I think it's going to work out just fine.

It's about time the kids' fathers shot him to teach him gun safety then.

The death penalty is just punishment here. If only for deterrence.

That's an entirely different argument, but I will say that as a person in the legal profession, I somewhat agree (with stiffer punishment, not necessarily capital punishment).
