Marinelli yelling "Get the !@#K off!!!" at the lineman had me chuckling. Gregory is quick as hell, Green needs some conditioning and Russell looks the part. Byron Jones is fun to watch, athletic freak and seems to be invested in learning this defense. I think Goodley, Farmer and Whitehead are going to make it difficult to get down to 53 on the active roster. Those guys are gonna compete hard.

I am intrigued with Russell,i was not giddy about this pick but he had the best practice today.

For the 2nd time in as many practices, it seems. What a pleasant surprise thus far. Who would have thought that one of our "throw away" 3rd day picks is a standout in rookie camp?

The difference between Byron Jones and the other cornerbacks during the 1 on 1 drills was apparent.

Farmer doesn't look like a great route runner, but he looks like a physical guy who will make those contested catches. Jones had great coverage on him on that last rep, not sure how he held onto that ball.

Agree with everyone. I like Farmer. He gets off the line well and had a nice catch against Byron when he was in good position. Who is the 6'3" corner? He had a nice play as well.

Never saw him as a throw away. An under performer who was playing out of position in college. Not his fault the team changed schemes. I bet if he transferred schools he would have been drafted higher. He has the potential to be a player.

Farmer is a really raw guy. High school stand out, basically injured all of college. It's up to the training staff to mold him into an nfl body, and up to the coaches to develop him into an NFL receiver. He has plenty of time given our depth chart.

Goodley was very good when Baylor played WVU this year.

Goodley had some injury issues this year or he would have likely performed better/been drafted. He had a very good 2013. I'm a Baylor fan so I'm rooting for him a little extra. I think he'll be able to take over the Dwayne Harris role.

He looks like a runningback

Sorry, can't put the video up but while long this is a great look at the rookies. Russell and Gregory look good as DE. Can't remember the name but I like one of the UDFA centers I think 60 is the number. Farmer and Whitehead ran nice routes. The TE Swaim looked really good as did a couple of the CBs. Green not so good. Two DTs showed some can't remember the names.

Wouldn't surprise me to see a CB and 1-2 receivers make the 53. Definitely some guys out there that will make the PS.

Maybe he just needed to be in the right scheme. He certainly looks the part.
