You know why Jerry can't be fired? Because he's such a BOSS that he bought the Dallas Cowboys and has since turned them into the most valuable sports franchise in the world.

As for the 1 thing you care about, football... he was a Captain for the NCAA Champion Arkansas Razorbacks, is a 3-time Super Bowl Champion and will soon be a Pro Football Hall of Famer.

I work as an Athletic Trainer for the school that played Highland Park last night, which is where JJ's grandson, Spaulding, plays. They played at our stadium. Jerry comes flying in by helicopter. Needless to say, the crowd was totally captivated. Just not something you see every day, at least not in my world, but kinda neat nonetheless.

BTW, Spaulding is a pretty good QB. Nothing to go shouting in the woods about, but he can definitely play the position.

But since you brought it up, his resume in the "football department" is extremely impressive. 4-time CHAMPION (college and NFL) and future Hall of Famer.
