Saw Q. Carter play last night

He was up here in PA in Wilkes-Barre playing the Pioneers in AF2. He was awful. Picked off three times and a fumble. He went to throw the ball and it came right out of his hand. It was reminiscent of the old days and I had nightmares last night from it. Haha. He still haunts me as he did when he was kicked off the team. I kept deleting him from my Madden roster and he would randomly show back up.

Did WB win? I know they only had one loss going into that game from what my friend told me.

I used to go to the Pioneers when I lived in Williamsport. I thought it was a fun to do while there wasn't any other football going on.

Yeah, they won 50-28. Where did you move off to now? I moved too, but only to Lewisburg.

wow...from starting qb of the dallas cowboys to that.

pretty sad.

I thought the same thing watching him. Really just a sad story. I related to him by thinking that he is already a millionaire and at least he is doing something that he enjoys to make a few bucks. Keeping busy.

What happened to the old days when the letter Q in a thread title meant 15 pages in 2 hours? I miss those days...:(

He will surely overtake Rod Hill as the worst (high-profile) draft pick in Cowboys history

No way!

I'm a Millionaire as well. As a mater of fact, I grew up between Big Island LA and Garden View and also lived up Lyc Creek Rd just before the Crippled Bear. Fished Rose Valley a buch.

Cool.

No doubt, go back every year for the big Altoona rivalry game. It's getting pretty bad now, can almost guarantee a fight every year. My uncle was the DA down there for a few years, Tom Marino.

Not sure how old you are but we took a walk down to "The Patch" Only one house remained down there.

Finished Rose Valley..........trying to remember, is that where the famous Rose Valley Hill Climb takes place?

Royal picked Carter, who led the Dallas Cowboys to a 10-6 record and a playoff appearance in 2003, in the second, third and fourth quarters. Royal said he did not allow himself to be intimidated by Carter’s lofty resume, instead focusing on reading the quarterback’s shoulders to determine where he was going with the ball.
“He was giving it away,” Royal said. “I tried to focus on his weakness and we capitalized on it.”
Carter completed just 15-of-35 passes for 247 yards, four TDs and three interceptions

Where is the fellow who said he is deserving of another shot at the NFL again?

If he cannot even fool an AFL2 defensive back, he isn't going to fool anyone else.

If we want to dog anyone, we should really aim are continued hatred of Quincy at Mr Jones for reaching for him. He was what he was, and Jones tried to force us to believe he was a second rounder so go start blasting Jones for that.
