"I'm not going to waste your time so don't waste mine."

:lmao:

So how does it end?

And a great endorsement for his business manager.

No kidding. Started out watching that and thinking, "And people wonder why pro athletes go broke so fast." At least the manager had a clue.

Wow...I worked in real estate for years, and if someone accused me of trying to up-sell a client to get a bigger commission, I'd have told him to get lost.

That house was nice but for 6 mil? No thanks.

Between 2 and 6 mil?

This dude just signed a $10 mil guaranteed contract. No wonder so many of them go bankrupt.

No kidding. At least his business manager is trying to tap the brakes.

Scandrick has a rep with the local media as being an 'hole and having an over-inflated opinion of himself.

He once told one of the local media guys, I think it was Tim McMahon, that he wouldn't accept criticism from McMahon or anyone else that made less money than he did, and that was before the big contract.

As a fan of the team, I don't really care if the player is a big jerk. I just care if he can produce on the field and stay out of trouble. Basically, you can be Deion Sanders off-the-field or in the media, if you can produce.

Seems like the Real Estate Agent will have a lot of his time wasted before he sells him a house--IF he even sells him a house.

California real estate prices are insane... SMH

It's a good look for his agent that he got him on a TV show.

Lol yeah, i always heard O Scan was a bit of a **** head......

He was nice at first. Then all the negative media attention he got after the Giants game i believe in 08??? He turned into a jerk.....

Can't blame him much tho

He could easily pay 3 million for a house and not have any issue money wise.

wow...what a ****ing waste of money.

complete idiots. He isn't making Brees money, so why would he drop 6 mil on a house....

He'll be broke in no time.

He can't have much saved after a 5th round picks rookie contract.

His deal only has 10 mil guaranteed, and he's already looking at 2-6 million dollar houses?

His agent gets 10%, factor in taxes, and no endorsement deals and this is gonna end like Hammer Time real quick.

Agents don't get 10%, they might get 5%.

Some of you are way too cheap. If I had that kind of coin, I would definitely buy a house of 2-3 million.
