Scenario For Dallas Clinching HFA This Weekend

We very well could be playing 3 basically meaningless games to end the season. How insane is that?!

we never get help, so I'm not expecting us to clench division or HFA (if we're lucky enough) until the last game of the season

I don't want any early clinches. I want it to go down to the wire. Fight until the end. I hate meaningless games. I hate watching meaningless games.

I would be totally PO'd if we go 2-2 over the next 4 games. If that happens, I guarantee we lose our first playoff game. Total BS !!!

Too many things need to happen. It is too much in one week. This will be an extremely tough game vs the Giants. We just need to win. The next 3 games we play against will be teams fighting for the playoffs. None of them will be easy.

I'm looking at the defense/offense stats this year and the Bears actually rank higher than the Lions in almost every category. What really stands out is the Bears have a top 10 defense; they rank 7th in the league right now. The Lions are 15th.

The last 3 games this Bear team didn't quit. Lost by < 7 to the Titans and the Giants before beating 49ers on Sunday.

If the Bears can avoid turnovers and prevent Stafford's usual late game heroics they could pull this out.

Hopefully they'll be wanting to play the spoiler, and play really well. Bear down!
