Schedule so Far

I been reading these scenarios for 15 years now, more often than not it turns ugly. Honestly, I think 8-8 would be an amazing feat for this team.

We already did beat "any of the good teams."

Think of it this way -- we're undefeated against teams that have a losing record right now, and we play seven of them in our next eight games. In other words, our remaining schedule is full of teams whose record right now is WORSE than Tampa Bay's.

All seven of the losing teams we have left are likely to have losing records when we play them. So, if we can just beat the losing teams on our schedule from here on out, we'll probably finish 10-6.

Adam to the rescue

if only we could play "teams with losing records" in the playoffs we would be all set :banghead:

I think 6-2 could give you a chance at a WC

I think a 6-2 can win the division.

If Cowboys can win all the home games and win a couple of road games (hopefully it's @ Philly and the season ending), they can win the division because the Giants have a tough schedule also @ Baltimore, @ Atlanta, Green Bay, and New Orleans (offense can still give Giants fits).

The schedule hasn't been that tough, lets not go crazy. We won the toughest game on our schedule thus far. Seattle is a overrated 5-3 team, if we don't spot them ten points to start the game, who knows what happens. The falcons were very beatable last night, and are the product of a weak schedule. Baltimore is a good team, but were beatable on that day. The giants are playing their worst football right now, if we just turn it over 3 or 4 times, we win. Lets stop making excuses for this teams constant screw ups.

You're reaching here. The Cowboys are not catching the Giants, even though I don't think the Giants are that good, the Cowboys are even worse than they are.

It would behove Cowboy fans to stop checking off wins on the Schedule. 1-5 this, 10-6 this, 9-7 that will just make you crazy anyway.

First off this team will not win 8 games in a row, so anyone thinking it can forget 11-5. Secondly, this team is not smart enough or good enough to check off wins like that. We have to remember that the way we played Tampa Bay and Carolina, both wins could have easily been losses. So any of the "losing" record teams can beat us at any given moment.
