Well Vick is coming off a prison sentence and Desean is only making $550k so they are both extremely underpaid for this year.... thus allowing them to fit a bunch of other players in.

That is why this year Philly is saying Super Bowl or bust.... because I'd imagine that when Vick and Desean's contracts are up at the end of this year they will no longer be able to do this.
