I was one that believed and voiced (quite emphatically) that he was a terrible hire and a joke.

He's changing my mind. But I'm happy to say I was wrong.

Oh yes he showed them. Two guys getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars per game. And their punishment is sitting and not having to risk their bodies for an extended period of time. All while getting the same paycheck. How grueling.

I was doubtful to begin with, but Schotty has done a great job thus far. Now whether that means wins and playoffs is to be determined. We shall see in a few weeks. Culture means nothing if you don't win. And most would say the SB Cowboys culture wasn't a Schotty type culture
