Lol nice! I may have heard of ranching. I live in Texas and highschool football is huge here. Not sure what level he coached at. Sounds like he knows how it works.

Whether it works out or not obviously remains to be seen. But if the Jones’ didn’t force coaches on him like years past, it counts as a win

The coaching staff overhaul this year is very needed and welcomed.
