Parsons isn’t a DE.

His best game ever was the cotton bowl. He was at MLB and wreaked havoc.

There’s a reason he’s run down by year end. He’s not a DE. He can rush the passer still just not lining up on a tackle constantly.

He also was the highest graded run defending linebacker in his draft class. FYI

The games he has played off the ball LB he’s was average at best. The playoff game vs San Fran when Quinn tried to have him play more off the ball was a disaster. Analyst were blasting him for 2 weeks.
Nothing about Micah would indicate he’s anywhere near smart enough to regularly diagnose and fill the correct hole as a MiKE nor mentally tough enough to do so consistently.
He’d wear down twice as fast taking on RBs head on in the hole than he does running around tackles and in between guards and centers!
Oh, and Kenneth Murray was great against the run in college. Athleticism will just get you so far in this league.

Again, ain’t no legitimate NFL coach gonna take a generational pass rusher and try to make an average off the ball LB out of him!
Stop thinking you’re smarter than an NFL Defensive Coordinator much less 3!

Dak and Micah as the head of the table should help. Unsure though how much motivation nfl guys need.

During Saturday's media availability, the Cowboys' new head coach shared how he's already shaken things up: Starting with the locker room seating chart.
