What is it with this team? Why can’t they go about their business quietly and let their play do the talking on the field? This Dallas team has historically folded when expectations have been high; so now you have a rookie HC, who was a journeyman OC and doesn’t really bring anything notable to the table other than a famous surname; and he is crowing about how they are going to win, to the extent the coaching staff is going to get poached.
I am all for a successful season in 2025, but it’s only pre-season and the pads haven’t even come on yet, so let’s pump the brakes a bit Shotty. I think there is something to be said for quiet confidence…but then again look at the owner.
