Schotty on Milton

Hate is a strong word with Dak. By all accounts he is a good guy. Stays out of trouble. Says the right things. He is a good QB that chokes in big spots. I don’t trust Dak in a big spot but I like the guy.
HIs performance in big games and the playoffs...yeah he is very hated.

Good guy, stays out of trouble, says the right things....when is the parade?

This was all damage control propaganda put out by the Patriots organization as a way for them to save face.

They were under fire for essentially giving Milton away, so someone ‘leaked’ false information about him.
Is this sarcasm?

Oh no please no Joe Flacco throwing pick 6’s to corners baiting him . No no no I want to see what the latest trade for a back up QB has brought this franchise . And no sitting the guy for 2-3 yrs like Trey Lance then start one meaningless game before you throw a 4th round trade in the trash .

If Dak crumbles which 17 a ridiculous # of games dictates I want to see Milton and what he brings fo the table . I say Grier as a 3 because 3’s never play thank goodness .
Milton played 6 seasons of NCAA, but only a full time starter his last year.

Scrub,

Most fans don't think Dak is bad. It is a vocal minority that doesn't appreciate Dak. But the lack of playoff success hurts him.
Yeah that's ironic and I'll be that guy who keeps saying the lack of playoff success lack of big wins against tougher opponents that should be hung on every player not on he or him...

I mean it's insane that the head coach is in the quarterbacks have a record but nobody else does I mean they carry around all the records but I thought the there's at least 53 players on the roster plus 10 more on the practice squad and I believe I can think of at least 10 that are not doing their job properly and costing us playoff games most of the time is not the quarterback they caused the quarterback to have a bad game but that's the problem how is the lack of playoff success hurt his reputation but not most of the other players I don't want to hear about how great Demarcus Ware was and the crying about Jason Witten you know they never got a ring they blame Jerry for everything but they were on this team zach Martin tyron Smith a lot of these guys dez Bryant I mean all these guys were talking about they were part of these losses they were part of the losses in bigger ways I mean Ezekiel Elliott Demarco Murray yes even our kicker dan Bailey missed two kicks in that Green Bay game that Demarco Murray fumbled in but they're always going to remember the mistakes made by the quarterback not Patrick Creighton it couldn't be the offensive lineman or the drop passes or missed tackles or let's say Trayvon Diggs dropped interception or his lack of quality tackle that could have broke up the play with Kittles all these things the 11 penalties on the offensive line and three on the defensive line in that one game against San Francisco but only thing they remember is Prescott through an interceptions that he didn't get the ball lined up even though he didn't get the ball lined up in that game because the referees didn't allow it they didn't get over there fast enough they caused that whole debacle..

it always the playoff success or lack of success just falls on the head coach and the quarterback it's always has made me triggered every time I hear that... This stuff has to stop Tony Romo and Prescott didn't hold this team back in the playoffs in the big games sure they had games where they didn't play great but so did a lot of players in the NFLI watched Matthew Stafford lead the league in interceptions have two interceptions in the Super Bowl and nobody talks about it because his defense stood up and made them not matter ours do not our defense has done nothing but let us down in most of these games I don't care if the games were close or not they missed opportunities to shut this game down and they didn't so the playoff records belonged to the entire team these let downs belong to the entire team..

What's blatantly unfair to blame Prescott for not being Superman for not being able to carry a team on his own yet roger and Troy who never were asked to carry a team on their own get a pass they were carried themselves in most of these games I've seen them throw interceptions i've seen them fumble I seen them take sacks and you know why it didn't matter the team picked him up..

That is why it takes a special team to win a Super Bowl doesn't matter if they have a Nick Foles or Trent Milford or doesn't matter if his name is Troy or Roger you watch the game and you realize that Jalen hurts while he played well was not the reason they won that game they won that game because how great a defense played against the run and shut down Patrick Mahomes and they were able to run the ball and that took the pressure off the quarterback..

This will always be true yes they all need weapons all quarterbacks need help except the Cowboys per some of the group that you're talking about thinks that Romo and Prescott because they were the highest paid players on the team or in the game that they're supposed to just do it all by themselves...

To me, anytime a guy has a great arm but he still gets drafted very late, there are obvious other issues. IMO you're almost better off with a late round guy with an average arm who has other intangibles that might translate to the pros.
Agree....Milton sucks
