Wow...JJ is hitting on everything. It's funny seeing that and other teams are making head scracher hires (e.g. WAS DC, OAK HC, NYJ OC, etc)

Hell Yes! I'm so pumped we were able to keep him. This guy is an elite offensive coordinator. Don't believe me? Go ask the Lions how stout their offense was this year after his departure. Completely different team/QB without Linehan(Lions).

I'm guessing Linehan is full on OC this year. I feel Callahan is leaving. If Callahan stays, I'll tip my hat to JJ for pulling that off.

Did Phillips signs with skins?
It's rumored that its the Chargers LB coach Joe Barry will be the Skins DC who is the son in law of Cowboys DC Marinelli, interesting not because of the relation of the two but I'm wondering if he is the new DC will he run something similar to Rod over in Washington this is going to be a fun offseason.

Believe chargers run a 3-4 and skins have personel for it

Yesssssssssssssssssss.

Now this I can get excited about.

Stability in a coaching staff and a good coaching staff for the next 3 years at least is huge.
Would be great to keep the rest of course. But the 3 key guys will be here.

Next up obviously Callahan, Dooley, Eberflis. Not sure what their contract situations are, other than Callahan.

But to me Dez is the next biggest concern right now.

Funny how 12 months can change things. The Cowboys are the face of stability and last years conference championship participants the Broncos and 49ers look like messes.

One of the single biggest and unanticipated off-season changes we have had in recent history, re-ups. Great news.

it's obviously been a terrible week to get through but at least the core of the coaching staff is staying that brings some rays of sunshine on a gloomy week

In fairness, the Lions were decimated with injuries on offense all year long.
