Exact same poopy offense that stunk it up for the second half of the 2017 season. Why am I not surprised. He still has all the creativity of a blind 4 year old playing in the back yard with a stick.

Well, in the second half he called the sameness type of plays he called in the first half but the offense started moving the ball. Why was the difference? Execution.

The players were not in sync. Whether it was just a bad game for Dak, or if the players didn't get enough time in preseason. It's academic at this point.

Teach a blind kid to draw up plays in braille and they'll come up with a better scheme than Linehan's poopy offense.

how creative can you be with a qb that is hesitant to throw the ball. only so many screens and 5 yard crossing passes can you draw up..

The offense only looked a bit better in the 2nd half due to Dak actually running on a couple of broken plays. That backed the defense off some and they were able to dink and dunk a tad more. I am pretty sure it wasn't designed that way.......

He didn't call the same plays in the first half as the second half. We played out of the spread formation more in the second half. We also up the tempo. So much that Panthers were force to call a time out.

We really started to string some plays together in the second half. I really would have liked to see what happened if we had not gifted Carolina another set of downs early in the game on 4th down. We were smothering them on defense.

I think at some point our defense lost heart a bit at some point and then gained it back (which was a good sign). It had to be frustrating as a defensive player today.

Exactly, there's my word execution.

What bugs me the most is the still ever typical dallas playing scared on offense.

*man,I either need to 'get' out more or re-learn a bit more tolerance in my continually compiling older days,,,as all the short fat gals in their COWBOYS jerseys & e puffers ,blowing clouds, while acting like drunk school girls,,,were pretty cringe worthy:rolleyes:

*stop staring at me ,you hosebeast! ,,,as I'm afraid I might be struck BLIND by even making accidental eye contact with youo_O

So they adjusted? I thought this coach didn't know how to adjust, I heard that here by all of you...lol

Yeh it's just too bad they don't know how to do it quicker. Just like JG's process, maybe it takes them 10 years to do something.

am I misremembering, but wasn't Linehan all the rage in 2014? Was a breath of fresh air, and rumored to be fielding HC calls again? and then... fell off a damn cliff

Now it's quicker...lol stop moving the goalposts, they did in the second half.

And look what happened when he did? The team executed better. Imagine that. A better coaching helping the players to execute better. What a concept.

The Plays are so predictable, i didnt see any new things.

They added 3 Speedsters on WR but cant use any of them?

Havent seen a single Playaction for a Long pass or a Vertical Play. The Receivers Routes were between 1-10 Yards. Either they really have no confidence in Dak throwing deep or it is just plain stupid.

Also they still didnt learn how to use Zeke. They just let him get the Draws for 0-3 Yards cause the O-Line isnt the same anymore.

The team executed better because they sensed urgency to win. The Oline still didn't executed, they got beat often late.
