Seems like a lot of players flunked their interview this year. Willis kind of makes sense due to reported off field issues but I wonder if there's some misinformation going on.

It’s only been reported from one source who has failed to elaborate, so I’m not sure how reliable it is.

It's silly-season. It's completely unreliable. Even if it's completely true, you can't rely on the reports. Everyone knows we want a S. We're not going to leak the results of our personal interviews unless it's misdirection.

Well, unfortunately, this just happened

Is that supposed to mean something? If Belt's source is planting a rumor for misdirection, then it's a rumor for misdirection. This happens every draft. Sometimes it's accurate, sometimes it's an intentional misdirection.

Him saying he's "very confident" in his source would indicate that he's not getting smoke blown up his ***. The Cowboys are really honest throughout the draft process, almost to a fault.

I don't buy that. Actual relevant information like that doesn't just leak out of a draft room to a guy on twitter unless the team wants it out for some reason. It can come from a great source, but we've seen this team give intentional misinformation to their own media employees in recent years. They wouldn't blink at doing the same to Bobby Belt.
