Every year the best player in college football gets a 99-100. Last year it was Calvin Johnson. The year before it was Reggie Bush etc etc

That just isn't true. Scouts.com do not give out a 99 every year. It is reserved for truly elite players, of which I personally think McFadden is one.

I'm not terribly excited by any WR in this draft.

However, Felix Jones is looking better to me every day. I'll take a side of Talib or Cason too.

OK, put your sig where your mouth is-- if Sweed goes in the first two rounds, you wear a "Limas Sweed Fan Club President" title until the start of the regular season... if he doesn't, I wear something like "Horns Homer" (or you can pick something along those lines) for the same time...

If Limas runs a sub-4.5 40 at the combines or at his Pro Day workout, he's a surefire first rounder... I'm confident that he'll do exactly that, to the point that this is the first such bet I've EVER suggested... I like being the "Semi-Offical Loose Cannon"...

Can I get in on this bet....? Limas Sweed will never last until the 3rd round and more than likely won't make it out of the first. Prototypical NFL WR's with good hands from big programs will always be in demand. Heck, even Dawayne Jerrett who was/is a slow, prodding WR was taken in the 2nd and I think Sweed is twice the receiver Jarrett is.

By the way Bear, good homework on Sweed's track times.......
