How is it possible for a team to be so bad at defending screens?

I think half of us could see them coming, but the cowboys just can not stop them. It’s infuriating.

This is a years-long issue.

Gives you a nauseous feeling because you just know they’re about to pick up 8-10 yards before even being touched. Over and over again.

We have been getting screened to death since Andy Reid used to do it up and down the field against us with the eagles.

It’s awful

I was surprised we didn’t see more screens. GB always ran them up there.

I’m questioning just how much of a “hybrid” this playbook is. I didn’t see any McCarthy influence aside from Zeke playing out wide a little more.

2-3 more mediocre offensive games and we might start hearing murmurs of McCarthy taking over playcalling duties

Really amazing given what we saw in 2018 but our LBs really can't cover all of a sudden. Whether that be Smith or LVE or Thomas or whomever we run out there. They get sucked in too often or they just overrun the play.

Hopefully going into the game, McCarthy told Stephen/Jerry I’ll give him a shot and if I don’t like it I’m changing it.

Well there were no adjustments to dealing with the pressure. Atlanta’s game plan is simple next week. Blitz all day long.

its just frustrating that we got dismantled by the screen then come out the second half with no adjustments.

Like seriously...
