Seahawks fans seem confident

They are good team but nobody is unbeatable. The Seahawks lost at home to Arizona last year so anything can happen. They are due for a loss at home.

keys to a solid game:
Run the ball 55% of snaps.
Use Beasley, Harris, and the TE's in short routes we haven't seen much this year.
Romo must forget where he's playing.
No chuck it up for grabs and hope for the best.
DL must contain and play disciplined football
Defense must gang tackle, they haven't done that this year like they started the year last year, needs to be 5 guys at the ball carrier.

I haven't been bashing the Cowboys at all. I have defended Romo quite a bit, though.

you seemed excited to let them know you were one of the sane cowboys fans who was picking a seattle blowout. that was your first post in the thread.

Seattle is tough when they can isolate you and focus their defensive attack in a single weak area. I mean, they are not unique in this approach, every team in the NFL tries this but they are just a little better at it then most. Whatever we do, we need to prevent this. Don't allow them to simply force us into running or passing. Make them defend the entire field. Force them to defend with weaker position players. It's all stuff we learned in HS. Football is pretty simple really. The hard part is the mental toughness aspects of the game. Don't fold when you get punched in the mouth because you know it's coming. Life is that way too. That's why I love the game so much.

I mean, do we blame them. They will most likely hand us our *** on a plate. Especially at home. I just hope we run away injury free, these dudes don't play patty cake.

My only hope is, we make it through this game showing a little fire, injury free, and hopefully if we make it to the playoffs, and somebody get's lucky and knocks them out, because I see them as our biggest threat, and worst match up for us possible.

So they have reason to be confident, expect them to dog walk us.

They don't have the offense to hand us our butts on a plate.

I got this game staying close, but we unravel towards end.

I think that Dallas is a good, playoff caliber team. But everyone gets beat by Seattle at home. Seattle shut down arguably the best offense ever last season in the Super Bowl.

Better teams than this have gotten thumped by Seattle. I would love to see us win it, but I just don't see it happening.

Btw, I've since changed my prediction. I don't think it will be a blowout.

The Seahawks anywhere is a tough out.
But put them at home and they are very close to unbeatable.

They should be VERY confident.

It's only when fans get arrogant and disrespectful that it bothers me.

They should be. If the Cowboys win it will be a HUGE upset.

I guess you can be that way when you're Super Bowl champion because I always take the any given Sunday approach. But checking out their boards.....they have them beating us by 40 points.

Every fanbase has an illogical portion of fans, there are many on this board who believe the Cowboys are going to beat Seattle by double digits.

Fan Boards usually appeal to Fans who are a bit more fanatical then your average fan. It's not surprising that they go overboard with their opinions on their respective teams and lets face it, that can go either way. We've all seen fans steam roll negative when a team is not doing well.

It's expected.

Really? But would they put money on that lol? These Seahawk fans will put their house on it.

They should be and that's not a knock against the Cowboys. They're the defending SB champs and their team is playing better than ever.

I agree when you are the defending champs, I would think they feel confident no matter who they plays.

Titans and Rams fans were confident as well... Seahawks fans have every right in the world to be confident

The bigger they are, the harder the fall. Gosh I wish I still played the game, the can't win games were my favorites!

If I had to predict..........

...........Seahawks defeat Cowboys 26-16.

I love it. The more confident they are the more traumatic the loss will be. If Cowboys lose, so what it was expected. I think there will be some unpleasant surprises for Seattle fans.

:starspin:I think the overall theme coming across in this thread is quiet confidence.
