I could see this ........remember if MM is back, he's likely a lame-duck coach. No top-tier DC is coming here unless he's out of work or Jerry gives him a 3-year contract.
Just playing devils advocate if you want MM gone you could argue that the defensive coordinator and several of his coaches are probably already gone. So if you’re going to have to replace an entire or close to staff maybe it’s better to remove the band aid completely- if u feel the coach is an upgrade

..geez, I feel bad even thinking this. But yeah Seattle take the dude.

His point style defense gets dismantled quick by opposition.

Take him, his playoff defense is trash. His adjustments are non existent. His defense is a ******. Without turnovers they are crap.

I'm clearly in the minority, but Quinn is a good coach. There was a dramatic improvement in the defense when he took over. This defense has some weaknesses, but they are in the roster. Blame the GM for that.

As for the Green Bay loss, the QB gifted the Packers 14 points with 2 interceptions. You just can't do that in the playoffs against a good team. Few, if any, teams in the league could overcome that. The defense was forced into playing the exact type of game they are not capable of. Can't blame Quinn for that either.

Be careful what you wish for. Coaches make great scapegoats, but I think we all know where the true problems are.

Would they turn around and give us two 1sts and a 2nd for Micah? I would take that trade IMO.
I would take x2 first, this year second, and next year third.

Role with Sam, Lawrence, Fowler and DA.

Redraft your whole LB/DT core and get a better LB coach in the building.
