Jerry holds the GM title. He doesn't do any of the typical GM duties you'd see in other organizations. Ideal? No. Reality? Yes. Does ignoring that to get you a few likes make you a joke? Absolutely.

This is actually a step forward; for years folks like you have tried to convince people that we operated just like any other franchise. It may have taken a few years but at least we now have some common ground.
