Highly doubt this. It's more people keep saying we are "unlucky" when the fact is we put our eggs into the baskets of players who are oft injured. It's not about being right. It's about being peeved that others fail to see the trend. I keep hearing how good that draft was because of Lee when in reality he hasn't played enough to be considered a plus. That's the rub.
I guess you didn't read the entire thread, when fans here said paraphrasing, "I hope it is the ACL". Yep I can see how you doubt our fans wishing injury on Lee.

Would say that any fan that spouts nonsense like that is not really a fan?

Where? I explained exactly what people are saying in here and you are speculating that people want to be right. Your response just shows you are the one trying to divide things vs looking at the real truth. The reality is everyone would rather have the guy on the field, they just realize we invested in an injury guy.

Yes, nobody is wanting to point to themselves and say.. "haha.. I told ya so". We would all rather Lee be out there. At the end of the day though we clearly realize the front office invested in an injury prone guy and it's just not going to work, especially as the leader of your defense. I'm certainly up for him being a coach though.

Can you copy and paste what that fan said? I would like to see in what context he said it in etc. That is a pretty nasty thing to say.

I guess we will be seeing Sean Lee down here in the local area at the Andrews Clinic very soon. I always wanted to get a picture with a real life china doll. It appears as though my dream may become a reality.

Be sure to let Sean Lee know that you think he is a 'real life china doll'.

Preferably after the picture though, .. LOL.

1) where is that post and 2) so one post means that fans just want to be right? Sure is a lot of generalization. Just to summarize..the guy is a good guy, hard nosed and someone everyone is a fan of. What has people upset is he had an ACL tear in college, he has been hurt non stop here and he really hasn't been a part of any full seasons to help. So any argument about him being relied upon or a guy who made his draft just goes out the door. I think that is where the arguments happen, not wanting the guy hurt.

I disagree, I'm not a doctor or healthcare professional by any means, but everyone's body is different. Everyone's bones have a different level of brittleness, and so on.

Agreed.

The measure of durability is very elusive; about all we have to rely on is history, and Lee's wasn't too good.
He had already partially torn that ACL, completely torn the other one, dislocated his wrist, torn connective tissue on a big toe, and had hamstring problems -- before we drafted him.

In our zeal to get a steal in lower rounds, we (Jerry) have taken too many chances on just this kind of injury history.

Look forward to more Garrett in '15. ya know he just never had a chance and we need to see him one more year. And just think, by then Romo will be 35 and I'm sure we'll have more excuses to bring him back for '16.

They said the same about Landry and Johnson in the early years. The same for Cowher with the Stillers.

Let's see, Landry was the HC of an expansion team. Jimmy Johnson took over a 3-13 team and went 11-5 in year 3 and then won back to back Super Bowls. What has Garrett done after taking over a team much more talented than the '60 Cowboys or '89 Cowboys that Landry and Johnson started with?
