I’m going miss Sean Lee as the player and person. He was a class act. Yes, hire him as a coach...as soon as Lee is ready...

He's been a Superstar for both Penn State & Dallas Cowboys. Fourteen years took a toll on his body. The harder they play, the more inuries the body takes.

Amazing how he could recognize, as though he was in the O's huddle.

Gonna be tough to replace. Smith can't. LVE could if he wasn't a bad hit away from retirement (I'd be greatly surprised if Dallas picks up his 5th year option).

Dallas needs at least two LB, one early, and one mid round. After the draft, look at the available FA LB.

Another hole just turned into a crater.

Well, if he can't get in as a player, I think he will as a coach. He's got the brain to be a great coach. I'd be happy if he is able to work his way to become HC here. He'd be a no nonsense coach I'd imagine. The team respected him as a captain, and I'd imagine he'll go down as a brilliant coach too. Remind me as I'm 28, but wasn't Tom Landry a LB?

That he was, and I think he's got potential to be an all-time great coach.

Oh did he? A bit like Lee bumping into Murray in the revenge game, huh? I can definitely see Lee succeeding McCarthy when the time comes. We could use a HC from the defencive side of the ball.

Unlike rushing him like Garrett was, it would be best for him to start coaching at a lower position and work his way up.......he’s got to pay his dues but I’m sure Jerry will elevate him at a rapid pace

Oh, I agree. He should.work his way up as coach. But, unlike Garrett, I think he's a clear and true enough leader to where I can understand if Jerry elevates him rapidly. I think he should become accustomed to coaching, but, when he does become HC, I hope he's on our sideline.
