Jerry has some excellent taste. I tried Caymus Special Selection cabernet sauvignon 2007 at Ruth Cris last month and it was one of the best wines I have ever had.

Payton is a mean man to steal JJ's wine. I am sure there will be payback some time down the road.

:lmao: :laugh2: :lmao:

Sean Peyton is a dick its that simple...JJ paid you and gave you the permission to interview for head coaching spots if I remember correctly, and you insult him like that? I mean, for you know whats sake, didn't Jim Fassil fire this guy before we gave him a shot?

Seems like someone with your refined tastes, and obviously a Bon Vivant, would know the name of the establishment then?

"With your recent dinner prank on Jerry Jones, could this turn into a rivalry and how comfortable do you feel going into Dallas next season, hopefully to make a statement? "

Sean Payton, New Orleans Saints

"Jamar, any time you play the Cowboys you know you are in for a challenge. I think the uniqueness the other night is that I have a great relationship with Jerry Jones. The three years I spent there as an assistant gave me great memories. I have great respect for Jerry and the entire family and the entire organization, and I am very close to them.

I was at the Dallas dinner Saturday -- stopped by at the end of their dinner, and we had some good laughs. Jerry and I chatted, and we had the empty wine bottle right next to us. Jerry was going to bring it back to Dallas with him as a keepsake, but it accidentally broke that night at the restaurant!"

Good to see that they are still close and can joke together like this.

Sean is still upset that Jerrys BOYS ended his UNDEFEATED season. Typical sore LOSER. :D

correct, if i own a fancy steakhouse im not pissing off a billionaire to make a coach happy...if you say you will have a product...you have that product when the client shows
yeah, I'm sure that fancy steakhouse in INDY that's been around for 108 years is worried about business. This was the best advertisement they could get. The manager that made this decision should get a bonus. Great call.

Are sure it was an accident, Sean? Maybe Jerry didn't think it was funny after all. :lmao2:

St Elmos is overrated. It's ok but not all that it's hyped to be.

Is that the way you treat a guy that gave you a second chance after getting fired from New York?

Thanks partner. Was typing fast and did not proof read my post. My apologies. My wife and I go there once or twice a year. My wife is the wine expert (I was always a beer or bourbon guy). The last few years I have been learning about wine and have come to appreciate a good one. I do not consider myself a particularly refined or sophisticated person, but I do enjoy good food and service. Ruth's on the plaza in KC is excellent restaurant, but bring your wallet.
