Maybe I just have better things to worry about in life than some guy drafted by another team.
I never get these lame woe is me we will rue the day threads about drafted players on other teams.
Right on the :money:

Last game of the season last year wasn't preseason.

Matter of fact the last two games I have watched my team play, we have been outscored , like, 75- 16 or something.

Just facts man. :)

What?

Do you even know what this thread is about?

I'm not going to nickpick and point to one player, much less one in a preseason game. But I do feel confident that the mindset of drafting special teamers because "might as well draft special teamers and backups, there aren't any players in this weak draft anyway" that some people were spouting will be proven wrong. Other teams will have somehow, someway found valuable starters and contributors from the 2009 draft.

Maybe one of our current rookie draft class will also start for us one day ... I just have absolutely no idea who that would be at the moment.

Don't be suprised of smith is starting ahead of vontae Davis. Smith has been very impressive in camp thus far and made a great INT in last night. I'd rather have smith than scrubs like Alan ball and courtney brown. I agree with SLATE all the way. This nonsense about there Not being any impact players in the second round was a load of garbage.

I still like our draft, everyone looks like they can fly to the football, whether it be O or D

and of course we drafted Mein Buehler

He wouldnt be an impact player at all here, because at best he'd be 4th on the depth chart...

Is sooooo legit. Completely shutting down his side of the field. SMOTHERING Torry Holt. Announcers giving him a ton of shoutouts. Man, he looks good.

His press coverage is impeccable

His speed is ferocious!!

He was there with our pick.

:bang2: :bang2:

Delmas is balling out of control of course also. Man, my credibility is shooting through the roof.

Credibility? Did you have any to begin with? You are an unknown poster on the internet. Too Funny....

I liked Smith and Delmas as well. I hope they do well. I'm not going to immediately turn them into Hall of Fame, Game changing studs, after one week of preseason games though. I also don't have any real issue with our draft either. I did at first but it grew on me as the days after the draft went by.

I have read a few reports lately that the Dolphins have him ahead of Davis in terms of starting. Again off a strong game, but he's supposedly in the lead.

Holt has not been looking very good in camp he has been very slow. So I wouldn't get all excited over him just because he looks good against Holt.

I'm not so sure about that. Smith would be giving Jenkins a run for his money while he's been out. You can post your eyeroll smilie but I'm just saying that Smith is the real deal and coud have replaced Newman in a few years.

This isn't a rue thread. This is a frustration thread because their were some impact rookies at our pick.

Also boosts my credibility for next years draft:p:

All my pets and players that I said would be legit are doing well. Just something to remember when I preach about players next year.

I should be a talent scout for the Dallas Cowboys. Hos, Please give a good word to Jerry about me. Thanks.

You think so, huh?

Why don't we wait until regular season is played where teams are actually TRYING to win the game.
