I think we can win this game, we matchup well with them. To beat Seattle in Seattle you have to run the ball and not make mistakes. Make them one dimensional and get up on them and quiet the crowd. Will be tough but to be taken serious this will be playoff setting to see where we are

I agree but I think we have to show we can run and pass very effectively, your not going to keep it on the ground all day vs a top defense they will stop you but if you can make them pay for over playing the run or pass then you have a chance to win. Seahawks would love nothing more than to only have to defend the run, they come up to stop the run attack their sorry butts let them know you crowd the line we have the weapons to burn you.

But found a way to win.:)

My point is if they show up against better teams, we're going to lose games.

If they don't open the offense up they'll lose games.

If the players we're counting on defense don't help contribute later in the year, we'll struggle down the home stretch.

I do think Dallas has to show Seahawks that we can attack in many ways. After all you don't bring a knife to a gun fight, Seahawks defense is too good to think we can just run on them we have to be able to attack air and ground that is the only way to keep them off balance is to make them defend the entire field.

You almost have to play unpredictable to have a chance against Seattle...throw something at them that they don't expect (set up the run with quick passing to start the game, or some trick plays). Because as well as we have been playing, we simply don't have the depth or talent to match them with our normal game plan. It'd be a nice barometer, but I think without alot of luck and near 100% mistake free football, Seattle probably takes this at home. So try something different and go for the win.

Atleast the team has had practice with the silent snap counts considering we've been home the last couple games...

I'm actually looking forward to this game. I think we, as a team, need this kind of game to actually see where we are at. I mean, I know we are 4-1 but don't you guys really want to see how our OL does against their Defense? I do for sure. This, IMO, is going to tell us a lot about where we need to add strength for the upcoming off season. Our OL is intact right now. Later in the year, that might not be the case so I'm glad we are having this game now.

"Actually see", here is where I'm hesitant. I think we're ahead of ourselves, If we're thinking this team has arrived
and start finding fault then thats a problem. This defensive line isn't complete and certainly hasn't jelled.
The talent on this team has a ways to go and I'm hoping that is acquired this 2015 draft.
This defense is being 'coached up' to the merit of this coaching staff. It's a process.

I don't think a test like this necessarily means you have to come to any kind of final conclusions, such as this. The NFL is a test every week. If we can't stand the test itself, how can we ever hope to become a championship team? This will tell us where we are at and where we need to go. This is exactly what Seattle did with us 2012. They marked us on the calendar as a test to see where they were at. They didn't win a championship that year but after that season, they were on their way.

I'll be interested in the outcome. You either win or you lose, and the latter should always be unacceptable.

Certainly for the players, coaches, and everyone in the organization. As for myself, I'm into the nuances that I can notice.

Old adage is that teams usually dont play as well coming off Monday night games. If I had to make a bet and my life depended on it I probably bet the under.

Texans have a top 3 rush defense....... Murray 136 yards. We have ran with 8 in the box and also showed we can pass

Houston does have a good defense I happen to think Seahawks are better not just vs run but vs Pass. Dallas has their work cut out for them. No doubt for Cowboys to be able to have a chance to win we must bring our A game both run and pass

Except for the "fans" who say we don't stand a chance.
I'm looking for us to go to Seattle and "make it do what it do".
