It's great to have two wins in a row and be in first place in the NFC East (and second place in the NFC!). However, it will be really tough to go out to the west coast again and face a strong Seattle team. We did OK against them in preseason, but that doesn't mean anything. I believe we will have to bring our A-game for this one. It will be a test for our defense.

I agree. They will be looking for revenge after the last regular season game we played against them. Pretty much guarantee they will stack the line and be looking for draw plays all day!

This should be an win with somewhat ease...but with this team, you never know.

Well, Seattle essentially has a Bye this week (they play the Texans).

I'm not sure what they have at WR. I think Jackson is injured...and maybe another one. Joe J. is a good one.

I think we have to watch their TEs, and we need to focus on stopping Alexander.

I have no doubts that we can move the ball on them.

Hope I didn't just jinx us there.

I feel that if JJ is healthy he will run all over the seahawks once agian.

Seattle will not be a cake walk.

They are 2-0 at home this year including a win over Atlanta.

They are averaging 25 ppg with Alexander averaging 115 yards/game rushing and Hasselbeck with a 97 QB rating.

They also get a reasonable pass rush.

i agree, we need to play much better, but i wouldn't exactly refer to seattle as 'strong'

I don't think we're gonna have many "cake walk" games this season. Even the Arizonas, I think, will flash stuff against us.

Personnel wise, I don't think Seattle ranks up there with some of the teams we've faced -- Philly, New York, San Diego, etc. But I expect it to be a difficult game nonetheless, especially being on the road.

Yes, not many games are won with ease around here.

Nevertheless, over the last 3-4 seasons Hawks have been lights out a home even if they were usually pretty bad on the road. They have started off the year good by their standards as their 2-0 at home and already stole one on the road.

They're not the same with Darrell Jackson out of the lineup. He's their explosive threat that has given us problems. His absence should allow us to effectively gang up on Alexander and somewhat limit him. I like how this game looks on paper...but hey, you never know...

I'm not too worried about Seattle's WRs. Henry and TNew should hold their own. My concern is with our run D if Dat is not back. We looked pretty soft today against the run - the Giants just never took advantage of it falling in love with Eli and the passing game.

Alexander is up to his old tricks so far this year with 115 yards/game.

It will be a challenge next week.

It will be a tough game but i like our chances because their limited depth at Receiver and their not so good defense. The only thing that could stop us is what stopped us today and that was turnovers. If we protect the ball were as good as anybody in the NFC.

I'm not scared of Seatle, if anything I'm looking forward to beating htem nicely.

If JJ plays I fully expect the boys to win, no questions asked.

i agree with....if we take care of the ball....we win.....but we must contain Alexander....you know Tnew and henry will do their share! 4-2 aint bad...keep it up Cowboys....

I'd just like to also point out how big this game might be. Seattle will be 4-2 after tonight, the same record as we have. Whoever wins the North is going to win it with an 8-8 or 9-7 record. That means, if this team can win the division, this is a huge tie breaker for who gets a first round BYE.
