Per Rod Woodson, all are off the streets. One worked in a mortgage office, one was a gym rat and the third was an Elk Guide.:laugh2:

And no, I'm not making this up. This was on Total Access at 755 PM Eastern Standard time today (3 January).

Hope it isn't too wet, looks like it might be a high scoring affair.

And how much do you wanna bet the mortgage nerd forcloses on us, the gym rat works us out and over, and the Elk impales our receivers on his horns?

Saturday Rain likely in the morning...then mostly cloudy with scattered showers in the afternoon. Windy. Highs in the 40s.

Rain likely in Seattle. Go figure.

Our defense could not stop the Lions.
Why worry about who plays on their defense?

Pete Hunter is the Loan Officer/Mortgage nerd.

Meanwhile, our multi-million dollar secondary -- and the rest of the high-priced defense -- will get torched up and down the field.

Doesn't seem fair, does it?

we traded hunter to the jets two or three seasons ago and then he hurt his acl/mcl right?

Then he'll try to get some payback.

With interest.

(but seriously, Hunter can't possibly actually take the field as a db - after what must be a considerable layoff, and recently signed - if he does, Holmy's fielding as bottom of the barrel as it gets.)i

I'm pretty sure when he got released in NY he was healthy. He got released in August of 05..I don't think he was with the Jets for more than a month.

found it...

You seeem to be misinterpreting. Those guys are only going to play special teams. They are not going to play defense. They still have jennings, trufant and babineaux. Those are there three corners.

Hunter will not see the field. You have to realize they signed these guys as emergency guys.

This should give us an opportunity on special teams to make a big play because they will have to contribute there.

We need to find a way to block their front 7 before we worry about there corners.

Kelly Jennings will be OK at one corner, with Babineaux at the other.
Ours receivers can't get off the line, Romo won't have time to wait for them, and these alleged deficiences in Seattle's secondary will be forgotten next week.

Believe Hunter was determined not to play safety when he was with the boys when that appeared to be his best position. Good size and speed for a Free Safety, however as I recall he was less then an aggressive hitter and I believe thought he would have bigger paydays as a corner then he would as a corner. That attitude is what got him sent to New York. He then had knee issues as I recall. Nice enough kid. Went to a small school in Virginia and had the potential to be better then what he eventually showed.
