That's a great series. My favorite was about the BP plant in Texas city since it's close to home, literally, and is something I can relate to since I'm in a plant environment on a semi-regular basis.

I have managed to watch or record most of this series on Nat Geo. They are rather intense.

Did you see the one where the Captain was sucked out of the cockpit when the cockpit window blew out do to the maintenance crew using the wrong sized screw to replace or repair the window?

That was a terrible accident. I remember when it was all over the news.

This user has a few different SFD shows uploaded and I think the Texas one is among them:

OMG, that's the one I referenced in my first post! I had to do a double-take because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. Watching that one was so intense it literally gave me a headache. Come to think of it, the shows are so realistic that most of them give me a stress headache afterwards. Though if I am getting a stress headache just from watching, I can only imagine what's it's like to actually have gone through it.

No exploding head. Think cardiac arrest instead. Thankfully I am able to revive myself without medical intervention. I always have the paddles charged and ready to go in the event of interceptions, fumbles, sacks, and dropped endzone passes. Clear! :)

The last one I watched was about the plane that went down in the Florida Everglades. It's a good show.

National Geographic's: Seconds From Disaster

If you haven't seen the series, it reconstructs various accidents and disasters from around the world to show what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. It's pretty intense.

I've watched it a few times on the National Geographic channel but my jaw dropped as I viewed this one, as I had never seen anything like it:

:laugh2:I thought you were talking about the Giants there for a second.

I think a guy from my hometown died in that explosion. I believe that is the same one. His older brother was on CMT's Trick My Truck. They fixed his big rig as a memorial to his brother.

Seconds From Disaster is a very good and interesting show.
