Antonio Brown has averaged 65 yards a game the past 2 years on a team that doesn't throw the ball a lot, but that was because he had Mike Wallace to stretch the field for him, right? Well this year through 3 weeks being the #1 WR with NO Mile Wallace, Brown has 318 yards and 2 TDs, but he's trash, right?

Ben Roethlisberger is one of the QBs in the league that has benefited greatly from a GREAT supporting cast around him. Big Ben has hardly ever been asked to carry to team from behind, because their defense has been elite for the most part of his career. You seen tonight what happens when Big Ben is asked to carry the team on his back, which Romo has been asked to do pretty much his entire career here.

You said with Ben we'd be 3-0 this season? I'll go a step further, if we had Ben as our QB the past 2 seasons then we wouldn't even have eclipsed 8 wins with the 2 seasons combined, yet alone 1 season. Ben is a good QB, but to dismiss his TEAM around him that has been stellar for the majority of his career would be foolish.

It's obvious you're a Romo hater, it must have pained you to see Romo play the way he did today. Well you're going to be in for a pretty crappy year this year man, because Romo will put up more performances like the one tonight.

During the playoffs they avg 117 yards rushing per game compared to 89 during the season. Their D had 7 takeaways.

Look at the Superbowls the Cowboys have won. Roger had Doomsday and Aikmen had a top 1 or 2 defense as well. Yes Qb's can win without a superior defense but it is so much easier to win when your defense gives up nothing. You can throw 2 int's and your defense will bail you out. You don't feel like you need to score on every play because you defense will bail you out. Or the defense will actually score for you. I hope Romo gets the same benefit as Roger and Troy because he has always played behind a crappy offensive line and a bad defense. He deserves a fair chance.

Oh I agree with you. But let's don't forget that that Giants defense and running game Eli went to the Super Bowl with wasn't all-world. It had a defensive line that got better over time but that secondary was terrible as was the running game.
