Both team are awful, its hard to put all the blame on Eli or Ben just like it was unfair to put all the blame on Romo over the course of his career. Its too much of a team game.

RGknee is nothing without that gimmick offense. If they decide to let him take off running again, his career will be cut short by at least 3-4 years.

Its funny how you can tell the posters that are completely butthurt and unobjective in their comments about players by the silly nicknames they give them.

She-li
RGKnee

Such clever stuff guys.. keep it up.

Ok.... You are right. I'm sure RGKnee will be just fine running around like Vick. I'm sure defenses won't hit him at all. How silly of me.

Back to reality. The guy isn't going to last running around all season. The skins tried making him a pocket passer for 2 games and they found out real quick that it wasn't working. They scored ZERO offensive touchdowns in the 1st half of weeks 1 and 2, finally punching one in this week.

They were just talking about RG3 on Numbers Never Lie (ESPN show). The people talking were Michael Smith and Jamelle Hill. They were asking if it's right to blame RG3 for the 0-3 start. Jamelle said yes and Michael Smith asked her why, and she said "Because he's the QB." Then Michael said "well, that's not fair." Then they went to the numbers (fans votes) and fans voted that it wasn't RG3's fault.

I guess it's not fair (according to ESPN) to blame a QB for his team's struggles. You hear that Romo?

Well then, after hearing you say RGIII can only be useful in a gimmick offense, and now having hear you compare him to Vick and saying he can't be an effective pocket passer, i think i have all the information i need from you, Mr. Smith.

Good day.

Ben has no receivers either. You Romo fans are funny. 2007 what was his excuse? Drop by Crayton. Right right

lol. He doesn't? I guess I dreamed where Brown just caught 9 for 200 yards a 2 TDs.

Ben has receivers. What he doesn't have, and hasn't ever had really, is a decent pass blocking O-line. They get him beaten to death.

Yes, let's crown Antonio brown because of one good game. Romo was failing with Terrell Owens. Whatever. Romo is trash. Put Ben on this team were 3-0.

Ha. Oh brother.

I guess Mike Wallace and Hines Ward weren't any good either when they were there. This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen.

Tell me again how many QBs have won Superbowls with Terrell Owens? Oh, yeah....

I honestly find it funny when a QB the media loves is doing bad, because they make up a crap load of excuses for that QB and say it's the TEAMs fault. But when Dallas goes through it's rough patches, the media says it's the QB that's holding back the team, SMH.

Also, I seen today on First Take Stephen A. Smith was talking about the Cowboys and their 2-1 start. Stephen said he trusts Dez, Ware, and our leaders to get it done, except for Romo. But the funny thing is, it's been our defense, o-line, and running game that has held us back the most. I know your boys Eli/RG3 are playing bad Stephen, but no reason to throw jabs at Romo. :D

96 passer rating in those playoffs. 6 TD's to 1 INT

103 passer rating in 2011 playoffs. 9 TD's to 1 INT

He stepped it up in the postseason to lead their offense. Got the credit he deserved, imo.

Perfect pick six to Terrance Newman that would've ended the Giants end of season run - dropped.
Perfect INT to Rodney Harrison in the Super Bowl that would've ended the game - dropped.
3 so poorly thrown passes that two guys knocked each other off the ball in NFC Championship game against the 49ers.

Yep those things will get you a pretty good QB rating.

So you're saying those things almost happened?

So they didn't happen then?

Gotcha.. moving on.

I agree...movin' on now armed with all the facts at your disposal.

The knowledge that the facts haven't changed since my last post..

"Almost" doing this and "would've" done that aren't what i would call facts.

If it makes you feel better to know that Eli almost did worse than what he did.. more power to ya.

To be fair, Eli carved up our D this season. A D that has dominated the Chiefs and Rams. Take away the turnovers and Eli was having his way with our secondary.

Relax. It was their first time playing together. We'll see how bad he'll "Tear us up" in NY. And it kills me when people say "If it wasn't for the turnovers", that's part of defense.

The season has just started and Eli is a qb that heats up later in the season... but make no mistake, right now he isn't playing well. The giants are a team in disarray right now, and free agency did a number on them. When you lose guys like Brandon Jacobs, Ward and Bradshaw in your running game, you've just eliminated a big part of your offense. Their O-line isn't looking that pretty either.. but let's not gloat, because Eli beat us in a critical game that kept us from the playoffs.

Eli and Ben are great godlike QBs with bad teams and Romo is a scrub because he has no rings.

Did I do that right?

That is my point their faults get overlooked because they have rings.

To be a little more fair, our 17 years average to below average play is thrown out the window by those of us who debate with Cowboys haters. I always hold up the #5. hhahahahah....RING BLING BLING

Antonio Brown is a hell of a receiver for Pittsburgh, not sure if you've ever seen him play. Heath Miller at TE is really solid too.

Are not so good without a running game and good defense.

NFL fans say hello to the real Rothlesberger and Eli Manning.

Roethlisberger didn't have a good running game or OL in 08 when he won a SB. I haven't closely watched the Steelers this season but from what I have seen most of their issues are on offense which ranks 28th compared to 6th on defense. They have no identity on offense and Todd Haley and Roethlisberger appear to be a bad match. Wouldn't surprise me if Haley gets fired during the season if things don't start improving on offense. Ben has not played well under Haley. As for Eli he looks like the same Eli we've seen at this time most seasons.

He always turns the ball over a lot and the Giants look shaky early and come on strong at the end of the season. As bad as the Giants have looked I'm still not counting them out as weak as the NFC East appears. If they keep playing the way they are they'll eventually dig a hole they can't come out of but with 13 games left they can't be counted out. They're notorious for getting hot late in the season and in a weak division where it may only take 8 wins to win it anything is possible with the Giants.
