If he inexplicably falls to us I'd draft him in a heartbeat. I've come to equate him to Ryan in that he's good enough to get it done, however he's not Manning/Brees/Luck/Newton talented enough to get it done on his own. Unlike Bortles and Manziel who could both feasibly bust out of the league I don't think there is any shot Bridgewater does, his floor is very high. Similar to Alex Smith (and seemingly Sam Bradford) in that he will likely spend most of his career in that 8th-16th best QB in the league range, though Bridgewater does have the talent to become a top 7 QB.
