He's entitled to his opinion. I'm never surprised when a guy thinks his teammate is going to be better than the guy setting the standard in the NFL.

In fact I'd be shocked if a teammate said anything other than this.

He should concentrate on being the next Anthony Spencer, first.

Orakpo is a good player and will get even better. However, he's got a loooong way to go to be compared to Ware.

I dont really see this as bulitin board material or a dis to Ware. He is giving props to a teamate. Orakpo seems to be a very good player. Ware's play speaks for itself.

We will see how things turn out. I hope he doesnt become as good as Ware... that would not be fun.

Orakpo isn't even in the same zip code as DeMarcus Ware at the same stage in their careers.

Ware's rookie year (2005): 47 Total Tackles, 11 Ast, 8 Sacks, 1 PDef

Orakpo's rookie year (2009): 37 Total Tackles , 13 Ast, 11 Sacks, 2 PDef

A little biased are we? Not in the same zip code?

The Commanders host Houston on Sunday.

"He has great leverage and he knows how to use it," fullback Mike Sellers said. "He makes a lot of linemen panic because he's one of those new guys in the league that people watch to see what he's doing. He'll be the next DeMarcus Ware, probably even a little bit better, to be honest."
