I don't think it's wise to start Lance this week. The Chargers, Rams, and Eagles are not good places for Lance to start. Instead, what I'd do is make him QB2 against Philly, and then start him against the Giants (in essence, he'd be Romoing Dak), Panthers (how ironic), and Washington (very ironic). Those are weak enough opponents to where Lance can build confidence. See how he does against those three. As for MM, I'm not sure about sacking him or DQ. I think DQ is still a brilliant DC. As for Mike, I'm not sure Dak is equipped for what he's trying to do. I thought Dak at one point was a good WCO QB. This just showed that he's a stopgap QB. So, let's see if Lance and a rookie QB next year might be what Mike needs for the TCO to be a success.

I agree about the coaching part. That's a genuine concern that I have. Jerry doesn't usually hire coaches of Mike's caliber. I'm anticipating him, if he sacks Mike, hiring some milk toast coach like Garrett or Wade Phillips. I'd be okay, I suppose, with elevating DQ, but he likes being a DC I think. As for QB, we could still keep Dak next year while a QB from what looks like a really good draft class sits and develops for a year.
