Do we really need Crayton? He does start alot of trouble and if your looking to clean up the room I think that would be a good start. Plus, Miles as the third reciever that would be an upgrade imo.

Seneca Wallace is a better QB than you think. Remember, were not talking about starter, were talking about the back up. Losman, Osullivan and the other free agents quarterbacks have proved one thing, they suck.

I have seen him play and watched him at my sons football camp. He has a arm, but not that accurate, but he is a really nice guy, so if it was on the cheap for a back up only and not as a WR or a WR back-up it could work out.

Seattle can never decide where they want him to play and got him injured at both the QB and WR spot :lmao2:

Crayton >>>>>>>>>>>> Seneca

and it isnt even remotely close...the Seahawgs would be laughing all the way to the bank on that kind of deal.

For a third receiver, you need to be smart and shifty, which Crayton is. You don't need to be a dee threat, you need to be able to find holes in the zone to keep the chains moving, and Crayton is way more polished then Austin this respect.

Wallace is not a pocket passer. We don't need any experiments at backup QB. We need someone like Losman or even Simms over a QB like Wallace.

I would call Seattle and see if they would swap Senca Wallace for Crayton and a pick. Wallace will then be our backup QB and it opens the number 3 reciever spot to Miles Austin. Wallace was 141 for 242 last year with 11 tds and only 3 picks. He can run too. Seattle will be losing Bobby Engram to free agency and Crayton would take his place. I dont know how highly Seattle values Wallace. I assume they are going to go with Hasselback again next season espically if they take Crabtree. Wallace or someone of his stature would be my number one priority. We all saw what happened when we lost our starting QB last season. Even though we had plenty more chances it was the difference of the playoffs. Do you guys like him? Crayton and a pick is that too much or too little to give up for him? What do you think.

I've always thought of SWallace as looking brilliant 15% of the time and average to below average the other . . . well whatever is left of the percentage.
But his percentages look better than I thought.
I like the idea of losing Big-Mouth Crayton. But don't like losing any more draft picks. Give them our No. "3" receiver, that's all, for Seneca.

It becomes a win-win-win situation for the Cowboys. We get a capable backup in Wallace, we lose a talkative and below average Crayfish and Austin gets his chance.
