I like the white kid from Ohio State as a slot guy.

Titus Young looks like a human noodle.

The white kid from Ohio State looks good, but more like a noodle also...That guy is really skinny.

Fine, the point is Harrison, a guy who is too small by the standards of your post, would start for any 3-4 team in the NFL.

Placing qualifiers on statements after the fact is indicative of a poor argument

He was big enough to be an every down OLB in a BCS conference and racked up half of his 29 sacks over the past two seasons against NFL quality tackles. He'll be fine.

Thats one hypocritical statement. Your argument was weight wise and height wise Harrison was similar to Von Miller or vice versa. So you placed the same qualifiers, I was just telling you how their built is quite different and weights don't look the same.

I have nothing against Von Miller nor is he my pet cat, which seems to be your case. Most Draft Experts say the same thing about him, i.e. questions about his size and doubts about his ability to hold up against NFL Tackles in 3-4 scheme in regular basis. No one questions his athletic ability or ability to succeed in NFL as Pass Rusher. Its the other part of OLB for 3-4 they have questions about.

Oh Brother. I said his rookie season, he doesn't have size yet to be 3 down player and last entire season, if I have to be more specific. You can book all you want, until he plays at that weight entire season and last without injuries or being overrun by big LT/RT in NFL, then we can say I was wrong.

Obviously, just in case I need to be more specific, if he bulks up a bit and doesn't lose his speed etc. he probably will be probowl type LB or looks like he might be one anyway.

I think he will be more than just a specialist because I believe with the LB's on this team he would come in and already be one of, if not the best, coverage LB we have. So, I guess I see him as more of a dual-specialist if you will...

I think his ability to play pretty much any LB position (I agree he wouldn't hold up at OLB all game) makes him more than a specialist or situational player. Though, situation may dictate where exactly he is on the field on a particular down.

We are obviously not going to bench Spencer for him, especially as a nickle DE and run stopper, so I think he moves inside on nickle and dime. That further heightens his value to me - not lessens it.

The reports I've read during the past week have Miller going in the top 5.

My take on Miller is that the kid is a playmaker. You find ways to use guys like that. A smart coach does, at least.

Look at the situation with Woodson in Green Bay. He's no OLB, but in many situations he's used just like that as a blitzing pass rusher. The guy makes plays and you fit guys like that and their ability into your game plan.

Miller looks to me like a guy that could be used outside and inside. He's made his mark as a pass rusher, but he looked good in space today and instinctive. It didn't seem like the situation was ever too confusing to him.

I still would take Prince or Peterson if they fell to us, but I wouldn't shed a tear if we took Miller at #9.

And Miller is a better edge rusher than Harrison is. What's your point? The issue was does he have the size to be an NFL 3-4 OLB, not is he more physical that the hardest hitting, dirtiest player in the league.

Oh really? Based off of what exactly, the Big-12 Conference?

Maybe I'm nuts, because I've failed to realize Big-12 = AFC North, let alone the NFL.

Apparently you're not, but I'm reluctant to crown Von Miller just yet.

Miller was in coverage all 2nd half, now they weren't running great routes but he seemed to pick his man up and drop into the right spot in the zones well.

I wouldn't even consider O-line in the 1st round of this draft. Start peeking in the 2nd.

The best talant available for Dallas at #9 appears to be on Defense.

Mayock said Chris Johnson would be nothing more than a 3rd down back and he has Jake Locker as his #2 QB prospect.

Yes, he's a freakin' genius.

Sorry, it was rude of me to say those things knowing the president of his fan club was on the board.

Von Miller is going to be a stud! Mark my words. But unfortunately for us, he is probably better suited to play in a 4-3. I'd still take him though. Gig Em!!!

I think he plenty of size to play in a 3-4. Both as a pass rushing specialist or as an inside LB. I think he'd be a 3 down player in either. His responsibilities might change from down to down, but I could see him playing all three downs regardless of defensive scheme.

No, Im sure some hipster underground site out there was all over Chris Johnson being a 2,000 yard rusher.

God only makes so many Chris Johnsons and Ray Rice's'. Who can predict such an occurrence

Werent people give Von Miller **** for his game against LSU and I was saying he was playing well? Now that Schefter tweeted hes top 5 people are going nuts.

I wouldnt touch him at 9. Spencer is lazy and Miller isnt physical. Neither are Ware clones like Robert Quinn is
