Nobody even remembers all the talk by "insiders" saying it's not even Kellen QB coaching Dak. It's been Linehan.
Kellen is Game Day window dressing.

That wouldn't surprise me if true, although it wouldn't be the first time that "insiders" mislead us. Yet, Kellen is duly appointed by the powers that be and if wrongly so, that surely wouldn't be the first time for that, either. It might also explain why Dak prefers to talk to Moore, rather than Linehan. I can't help but think if Linehan ultimately gets fired that Moore might well be one to follow in his footsteps. Stranger things have happened in Jerryland. ;)

Do you want to make a bet on which one is looking for another job first, Dak or Kellen? I say your boy Kellen's days are very limited.

Very possible, especially if Linehan's days are numbered as well, as many here think. Dak isn't going anywhere -- Jerry, more than likely, will see to that.

Oh well. At least we have Kellen developing a fresh new QB the right way, the Boise State way!!!!
Sorry, I beg to differ. Kellen had nothing to do with developing Dak. Remember Dak's rookie season? He played lights out because of Romo on the sidelines. Romo was able to mentor Dak in one season which led to Offensive Rookie Of The Year Award. What has Moore done?

I don't see Dak in line for any awards. Would you of posted this had we lost to the Saints? I think not.

Please name the QB coach in the NFL who was a great NFL quarterback.
Great QBs typically made a lot of money and thus did not need to go into coaching for their livelihood.

Guys like Peyton Manning, Tony Romo, and Drew Brees would all make excellent QB coaches and probably great OCs as well. Coaches work 12 hour days, typically 6 days a week during the season. Manning, Romo, and Brees don't have to coach to make a living.

You heard me. It’s not Kellen’s fault that Dak doesn’t listen. Kellen has shown Dak the Boise State way over and over. Throw to the receiver before the break, trust your reads, and most important, do your homework.

If Dak doesn’t get with the program, Mike White is being groomed to take over. Better arm, smarter and way more accurate.

But the worst thing For Dak is that he’s going to get killed one day taking all those hits. He’s well on his way to becoming damaged goods.

As far as you know he has but as far as prescotts mechanics it's footwork pocket presence they suck now I don't know if that's Kellen Moore's fall or not but he should be working on it unless somebody actually asked him we really don't know what goes on but Prescott has a lot of problems out there and you may be one hundred percent right but then again you may not unless somebody has some inside information or they talk to Kellen Moore it's kind of hard to figure out yes I do believe you can coach someone one way and you can't make them execute that's for sure but unless you talk to Kellen Moore and Prescott about it you don't really know I would just like to see a little bit more experienced quarterbacks coach work with Dak whether that be on the side or in place of Kellen Moore I really wouldn't couldn't care

Gallon more definitely had talent I just think he was a little bit too small and you have to have a lot of talent to overcome that yes I know see Drew Brees but that breed is very rare

That was exactly the point.

Two things that QBs rarely ever seriously improve upon when they are getting pressure: accuracy and pocket awareness. Dak is below average on both accounts. Not saying that Dak doesn’t have all of the intangibles you’d want in a QB. But it’s going to get awfully expensive keeping that all-star support cast around him.

Tony had a problem with pocket awareness early in his career. He'd hold the ball, get hit, and fumble. He got better over time.

With Tony, I think it was more pushing the edge, while with Dak, it's often bailing and panicking too early too.

How do we not know that it's Moore who turned Dak's problems around these last 4 games?

Who was the last quality NFL QB to come out of Boise State?
His name is Kellen Moore. Not the fastest, tallest QB with a cannon arm. But definitely the smartest who graduated to the coaching ranks in record time.

Kellen Moore was a God awful NFL QB. You reference the "Boise State way" is if they have some rich tradition of turning out NFL QBs, which they certainly do not

So you created a thread because you love Boise state? I mean how do you know how Moore is coaching? You sound like a Boise fan boy making assumptions based on how you think your favorite college team does things.

How many fans even know who the QB coach is? Who would blame a QB coach for the play of the QB?

Did you see any of his Mississippi state games? One thing that Dak is used to is taking massive hits. He played behind a horrible OLine and lead them to #1 in the nation lol - I saw almost all of there games and he can take an *** whoopin like no QB I've ever seen!
Well then why did Atlanta bother him so much!
