Shame on those blaming Kellen Moore

This is a weird thread.

I’m all for pointing out fans have zero idea how good a job Moore is or isn’t doing, but didn’t expect and do t understand a backahanded bashing of Dak in the process.

Dak bashers are getting creative.

Your right! I do not blaim Kellen. I blaim the guy who put him in a position to fail. He is a first year coach and should have been eased in. Not a the most important position coach on the most scrutinized team. He most certainly not grooming the next generation of QB.. or lets hope not for the NFLs sake. This guy was a below average NFL QB on his best day. What exactly is he teaching Dak? The only playbook he knows? Shouldnt be hard...

Did you see any of his Mississippi state games? One thing that Dak is used to is taking massive hits. He played behind a horrible OLine and lead them to #1 in the nation lol - I saw almost all of there games and he can take an *** whoopin like no QB I've ever seen!

You think taking massive hits helps to extend his NFL career?

Whether you were good or not playing in the NFL has zero bearing on your coaching ability.

Is this headed toward giving Kellen credit?

You heard me. It’s not Kellen’s fault that Dak doesn’t listen. Kellen has shown Dak the Boise State way over and over. Throw to the receiver before the break, trust your reads, and most important, do your homework.

If Dak doesn’t get with the program, Mike White is being groomed to take over. Better arm, smarter and way more accurate.

But the worst thing For Dak is that he’s going to get killed one day taking all those hits. He’s well on his way to becoming damaged goods.

Oh well. At least we have Kellen developing a fresh new QB the right way, the Boise State way!!!!
Shame shame shame

What a stupid thread
May be the dumbest in forum history and that's a huge accomplishment.

The Boise State Way...seriously? I guess that explains all of Moore's and other Boise State quarterback's success in the NFL.

Just post "I hate Dak" and save us all a bunch of time.

that's on Garrett. He deferred to his OC, lineman who has a man crush on Moore for some reason. He brought him here with him from Detroit...it was his draft pick.....and now he put him as QB coach. I would have put him as some type of OC assistant first.....

Isn't that an assumption on your part? After all, we're not privy to what is or isn't being said in either instance. Blaming Moore for Dak's deficiencies this early in his career is taking a lot for granted, imho. Both Dak and Moore (as a QB coach) got "thrown to the wolves" long before they were ready to assume their respective positions.

It stands to reason that it'd take plenty of time for them to become polished veterans. It took Romo three years before he even got to start, while Dak wasn't afforded nearly that amount of time to prepare. Let's be fair to all concerned, here, OK? Moore is merely a rookie as a QB coach. Why not give both time to develop properly?
yes I made a strictly opinionated post regarding Kellen Moore. He might be a great coach one day BUT in order to maximize a player that you plan to invest a future multi-million dollar QB you would want the veteran presence coaching the QB. Moore and Dak competed for a starting role at one time. Moore is the coach due to Linehan having a tight relationship with Moore (Linehan is the reason Moore played QB in a Cowboy uniform). As far as blaming Moore for Dak’s troubles you wouldn’t find a post in my history indicating that.

DLaw and Vander Esch and Craws think the Boise St way is better than decent!!!!

Granted, it's fair to say Dak got his position based on his relationship with Linehan, yet you feel free to offer a convoluted and baseless assumption that Moore "seems like he doesn't say anything to Dak during games, so he doesn't have to say anything on the plane ride home." Sorry but to me, it reeks of a convoluted and wrongful assumption to make that's predicated on blaming him for not doing his job. It might be just an "opinion" to you but as such, it's based on your imagination and surely not anything known to be factual. To me, it suggests that you're blaming him for neglect.

It was more sarcasm than anything.

3rd 'n' inches: I meant to say Moore got his position based on his relation with Linehan, not Dak. Just correcting myself on that oversight . . . ;)

Nobody even remembers all the talk by "insiders" saying it's not even Kellen QB coaching Dak. It's been Linehan.
Kellen is Game Day window dressing.

Please name the QB coach in the NFL who was a great NFL quarterback.

Do you want to make a bet on which one is looking for another job first, Dak or Kellen? I say your boy Kellen's days are very limited.
