Shanahan needs a change as well as the Broncos. 14 years is a LONG time. Fresh start in Dallas, new stadium, 2x SB winner. He will be getting a team that is ready to win. Get him.

I can't help but think Shanahan would want to come to Dallas anyway. He will not find a QB with Romo's talent on any other team he would go to. Shanahan would light a fire under Romo's butt and it would be a great thing.
