VERY GOOD VIDEO. while praising garrett for getting the team to play 100%.points out weaknesses that people dont want to admit to themselves.

he might be the cowboys next HC. but he needs to have a guy come in and save him from himself. like parcells had with payton

He's hilarious. It's always entertaining, and informative, to watch his videos.
 
Preach Shango, preach it. Weakness, patting players on the butt when they fumble. Giving in to tirades, he's going to have to get stronger than that.
 
I agree with Shango on the Dez situation. Don't coddle him. i would have set him down on that last drive. I love Dezs passion but you have to learn to control it at times.
 
I watch all of his videos. He's a diehard Cowboys fan. His wife is a diehard Vikings fan. :laugh2:
