I've probably been given as gifts four or five electric razors, they are all useless. Especially on neck,throat area.

I bite the bullet and go with the Gillette Mach II...the old one.

I use the Mach 3.. I don't see how it could get much better than just one of those.

Just for neck and keeping beard grooming really.

I have grown to enjoy shaving as I get older.
Use a shaving soap now from http://wetshavingproducts.com/. --I like Mahogany but plan to try Gaelic Tweed and Barbershop next.

A quick lather and shave then you can pass on cologne.

Mine last a year.... That's because I don't actually shave, but maybe once ever two months and even then, it's only my neck.

I do not actually own straight blades but have been thinking of buying one for about 2 years just to try it. Still working up the courage
