I was merely explaining my opinion on it. If you wanted everyone to agree with your purchase you should go onto the Shawn T. Insanity forum.

How much was that? You probably paid 80 bucks for some dvds of a guy jumping around, doing pushups (all different kinds), punching, kicking and sit ups...

Which is worth way more than your opinion you gave away here. I guess some people just have to be a smart mouth dick to feel good about themselves.

As for the OP. I've seen this and it's one of my next purchases for my home workouts. I've got P90x, which was bought for me, and I've done one full round of it and had great results. I lost 37 pounds and that was with missing workouts, not eating properly, and not going full out on every workout. My wife and i are going to start a round together, tomorrow, and I'm going to do my best to give it my all, not miss any, and do my best to eat properly to see what I can really get out of it with proper motivation and dedication.

A friend of mine is also getting me the P90 and the P90M (Master Series) which are the two that came out before P90x for me to check out and try. But in the next few months my goal is to purchase Insanity, Rev Abs, and P90x Plus.

I love having these home workout systems as my main exercise program, as you can fit them in anytime to fit your schedule, and then I go to my local gym to use the track to run, swim in the pool, and play some basketball and wall-ball. When I'm really trying and motivated (Which is my biggest issue thus far that I waited so long into my life to get motivated that it's hard to get myself going like I want) I do a great job of getting lots of stuff in.

My goal will be to lose another 50 pounds to get myself to around the 190 range. So good for the guy who posted this. Keep us posted on how well Insanity works for you cause it looks like it's an absolute blast and I am looking forward to getting it for myself.

I've had two bad nights of sinus headaches due to the nutty weather here in San Antonio, so I'm starting back with Day 1. I mentioned my order to my cousin a few days ago. She in turn mentioned it to her personal trainer. The trainer told her he had picked up a copy awhile back when it first came out and it royally kicked his butt up and down.

I love it for the same reason as you do BHF. I can do it at home whenever I want and it's exceptionally convenient for me. I do a bit of weight training, but I really wanted a good all-around work out to do at home. This seems like just what the doctor ordered.

No, that wasn't an opinion you originally stated, that was ridicule. BHF nailed you for it, and I agree with his assessment of your "opinion".

Awesome man.

If your goal is to lose another 50 lbs then dont be satisfied with your current progress. Not pats on the back.

Just keep bustin tail until you reach your goal. Losing weight is a journey.

Its easy and hard at the same time.

I had the same problem last week and started day 1 again yesterday.

On day 2 now. First 2 weeks of a diet suuuuuuck. After that you are good to go.

I think people dont understand how easy it is to lose weight if you can just fight off the urges for 2 weeks.

Hunger pains are a ***** but in a couple weeks all that goes away.

just saw the infomercial, first one that looks legit in a while. i like the philosophy of it, it is the one i have lived by. go all out or dont start. i went all out in highschool now i dont do anything physical in my free time lol. if i ever find the motivation this would be the product id chose.

Never had to diet, I've got a pretty inefficient metabolism from an evolutionary standpoint. But I hear you on the first few days of something new. Once I started jogging for the first time in 15+ years, those first four days were absolutely brutal. The first night I couldn't have stepped over a dime laying on the floor. Day two my legs were screaming to stop after the first 3/10's of a mile into the two miles.

I see so many of my friends on Facebook from college and high school start workouts and never make it out of the first two weeks. Then there are the exceptions like one of them who started running and now is doing triathlons.

woah easy there champ. My bad I must have miss read the title of the thread " Sean T. Insanity workout, only come in if you are in love with this product. NO NEGATIVE OPINIONS"

Dont be angry at me because I have a different opininon on these videos. You are acting like you need other people to agree with you, thus justifying your purchase. There in lies the problem.

It's all good bro. You can think what you want. But you didn't come in here with an opinion on anything that was worth reading about. You came in here specifically to try and tell a person they were stupid for spending money on something that is helping them lead a healthier lifestyle.

What's wrong with that? If you wouldn't spend the money to do it, all the more power to you, but you came in here looking to stick your nose in the air at someone who did and try and make them feel stupid, or foolish, for doing it.

you didn't offer an opinion on the product based on rather it worked or not. You wouldn't have a clue cause you've never used it, never seen it, and made it clear you never would. You made assumptions based on the fact that you don't think people should spend money on such things.

That's your opinion and your entitled to it. Along with that goes the fact that people don't really care if you like the way they respond to you in kind. I don't have to justify any purchases I make. I haven't purchased it as of yet, but I will, and my weight loss will be the only justification I'll ever need. But I'll have no problem sharing with folks on these forums, or others, how well it's worked for me.

I would never spend my money on a workout video or anything like that but if it gets you motivated to get in shape and eating healthy than its worth every penny.

I'd much rather just slap on an ipod and go run or go to the gym and shoot some hoops or play some raquetball instead.

So do you play much?

I've thought about starting a raquetball thread on here before.

I love it. I just got a new racquet too.
