Sheduer dropping like a lead weight

No one is promised or entitled to anything in their life.

If you're children think otherwise, you raised them wrong IMO.

Seems like Deion's kids are finding that out right now.

The QB kid had estimated earnings at 6.5 million in NIL money. Sorry, don't feel sorry one bit for the kid, although I wouldn't be surprised if he pissed everything away. The other one apparently still has a settlement over his head where he declared bankruptcy so he wouldn't have to pay. This because he never showed up for court.
The kid is no different than a rich kid pretty much handed everything he wanted.

I have to laugh at those that claim collusion or conspiracy.

He crapped the bed during the draft process and he paid the price.
add to that his fathers stupidity and arrogance and there you are.

What’s exactly stopping Shadeur Sanders from being the Browns QB mid season . Watson looks washed . Talk about value in a 5th round pick .
Pending which report you want to believe, Watson may be out of the picture for the 2025 season. Could a QB find a more friendly QB room if he was looking for a starting role?

Typically not a fan of Steve Smith’s analysis but while Kiper & Eisen we’re beating the “this is the most egregious thing to ever happen” drum, Smitty was asked to comment on the situation. Instead of piling-on with how Shedeur is being done dirty, he calmly stated that he’ll get drafted, get a jersey, have a spot in the locker room, and that levels the playing field so the rest will be up to him. While the mouth pieces were essentially trying to coerce sympathy from everyone’s lips, Smitty said, nah, he have an opportunity to prove himself so relax.

Think you’re right in that sometime during the season, in the midst of a typical Browns skid, the pressure will mount to get Shedeur game snaps. Like Smitty said, how he carries himself and performs is up to him.

The truth is, he was never that great to begin with. He's nothing special physically, he takes way too many sacks, and he has a very entitled attitude.

The real scandal is how much the media pumped him up as some amazing player, all because of his daddy.

Next story to drop - - spoiler alert - - is that Deion isn't actually a great coach, either. Other than recruiting off his persona, he's probably not even a very good one.
Same lame shock tactics. Posts side stepping important pieces of information. What cool creation

You can say this but you can say this about everyone on this draft. Milroe? Ward? Gabriel? None of these guys are “that good”. It’s lazy to say he only got pumped up because of Deion. Just lazy. These “scouts” and “experts” for two years have said Shedeur was gonna be a first round and one of the best QBs in this draft. Now that he falls it’s “he wasn’t that good”….

Not a fan personally but the narrative changed quick.

Fact is he didn’t kiss the ring. He’s suppose to bow down and kiss the ring he didn’t and he paid for it. All this other stuff is just lies to cover up what the real issue is.

What did they say last weekend?

Also, I snipped it, but what "ring" was he supposed to kiss?

Exactly.

Why this forum gets off on humiliating others and seeing others be humiliated is odd behavior.

Way too caught up in hierarchy/levels/rank...it's beyond childish.

The nfl doesn't want anyone it can't humiliate....so it resorts to some lame draft stunt to show power. It's beyond immature...and looks weak, actually. I see it as Shedeur winning. Look what measures the League had to go to just to flex on a kid lol

Exactly right.

I've said it over and over. He isn't a good coach. Pretty clueless compared to most. He can recruit, obviously. And he'll add some things to the game plan like "call plays/routes past the first down marker. But that's easy stuff. Coaching, Xs and Os, he hired guys like Mike Zimmer.

Watch his YouTube of it. He's a blowhard. And his players are scared to speak up about it

He's Deion. But if I were a player, I'd hate to play for him.

They foolishly kept crying all draft coverage about how he should’ve been taken…..robbing guys like Cam Ward of his moment.

When I say kiss ring I mean they want him to humble himself. They want him to know they own him and don’t step out of line. Shedeur is rich. That type of stuff is gonna be harder for someone who has a lot now.

Yep you’re 100 percent correct they tried to take his spirit and humble him…..didn’t work.

Silly perspective.

I rarely hate on anyone here. Just here to talk football. But I call balls and strikes on things like this.

The #1 pick next year isn't being traded if it's Arch Manning. I doubt J-ville or cleveland is going to finish with the worst record. They may take a QB high next year but that depends on what they think of their 2 rookies. You don't spend 2 picks on rookie QBs if the plan is to draft a QB next year

I bet Manning stays another year, would not shock me.

Not necessarily kiss the ring but at least try to act like you are on a job interview at Apple or Google or SpaceX and try your hardest to be nice at least. He obviously rubbed lots of people the wrong way, Milroe has an accuracy problem but he has a cannon for an arm, is highly highly mobile and those in charge absolutely loved his personality. Did Cam or Milroe kiss the ring or did they have agents advise them how the game is played? Shedeur on the other hand has none of those attributes and he totally failed the personality contest.

While I don’t totally disagree with you….let me ask you if Caleb Williams conducts himself like Shedeur did does he fall out the first round?

Yeah, but posters are side stepping shedeur produced with low turnovers behind a crap oline....but they don't want to talk about that.

They want to focus on the stupid sacks he took trying to will his team to victory. No way shedeur is taking sacks like that in the NFL and risking a good salary.

No one is talking about his crap oline.

It's lame move the goal posts tactics...it's not about football, it's about his personality now

It's childish

I agree with him though the Shedeur stuff was ugly. Filming fake phone calls about him getting drafted…the whole weekend felt like a humbling for Shedeur and I’m not entirely sure if it’s because of him or his dad. He’s paying for his dad’s past sins. Worst thing you can say about the kid is he’s confident. That’s cotten warped into something else.
